Problems with doors and rust professionally installed by contractor 500$ said the problem was done at factory and Rubbermaid is at fault here are some photos

I sure wish I had checked out their reputation for the quality and customer service, or lack of customer service, before I purchased their products!

I bought this microwave cooker/steamer for steaming vegetables and reheating food. It worked well for many years, but the bottom became corrupted, ridged, and appeared unsafe for use.

I notified you about this and was told it is no longer made. I think you should replace this with a similar item that does the same thing.

This is my third trash can I have bought because the lid was swept away by the wind and I was unable to replace the individual lid and had to replace the whole trash can. Like a fool, I purchased the same receptacle. I won't again.

I cancelled a Rubbermaid shed I ordered for $349.30 & never received the product. Was trying to get my refund & I hit a snag.

Once I had a representative on the phone she was in fact pleasant in her tone and demeanor, however when she explained that my particular Rubbermaid item which cost in an excess of $700 had only a few parts that could be purchased but that needed to come from a parts distributor not from them directly.

Why am I going to pay a fee to ask or let Rubbermaid know they have a production issue ?

Furthermore why waste my time ,"chatting" with someone or something that is unable to address the issue.

Guess I will just go and return the 2 new sets I purchased and find alternate products to purchase and use.

Can not get any response to the problem with 8' x 8' outdoor shed

The doors do not provide an adequate seal.

And 2 medium size Take ALONGS . EVERY time I try to open or close each container, I am met with frustration.

The lids will not close nor will they open.

I risk damaging my wrist and fingers . I regret making this purchase.

The lid on the 1-gallon pitcher is almost impossible to remove for cleaning. I use them very carefully and do not force the lid on.
